Yoghurt + mayo + dill + lemon makes the best dip/condiment to go with summer bbqs
Most middle class moment of my life was standing in the middle of a Waitrose and stomping my feet, on the brink of tears because they didn’t have any dried chives.
Had to have a real stern word with myself.
Like to put rosemary sprigs on the barbecue.
Excellent summer herb use.

Thing is, nothing actually properly grows in European winter and not summer, does it?
I don’t think you’re very summery, Tuna.
That’s very uncalled for
Sorry, I’ve got a little over excited already. Herbs are so thrilling!
Alpert.
Rocket is the best green thing in existence
Mint! I add it to water and sugar for tea or to some lemonade with ice. Beautiful herb I love mint
I really like thyme. We’ve got thyme, rosemary, and lavender growing in our garden at the moment, probs going to plant some mint because it’s well easy and I love mint.
I really like drinking tea with rosewater and mint added to it, perfecto
Can’t believe no one’s mentioned basil yet.
Basil is good, I think I don’t associate it with summer so much because I eat pasta with it all year around. Dill is pretty fresh and makes potatoes great. Fennel might be a shout too, using the tops as a herb. Fennel, chilli, thyme mushroom pasta yes.
