That burger looks amazing. I was in Barcelona a few years ago and they were doing something similar to that but with baconnaise on it. Had one every day but one.

theyve changed them, now they just bung a load of halloumi fries in bun, improvement to the burger shape, more fried texture, must be 10 time more halloumi than someone should eat in one week
