Getting into Tuca & Bertie. Scratches all my favourite itches - compulsive listing and inventive language. Happily listen to Tiffany Haddish riffing all day.

A Fire Stick costs £30

Only two episodes in so far but it’s up to the same standard as the others. I’ll sorely miss it too - just such a low-key, warm and intimate show!

Are you a fan of Swanberg’s works?

Yep, think I’ve seen two of his films. Although I can’t remember too much about them.

Didn’t know Netflix had picked up Designated Survivor - dropped out halfway through the second season when it went on a long break, meant to go back but then it got cancelled.

Will see what the reception to this batch of episodes is like I guess…

Which ones? Drinking Buddies and Digging for Fire are both ace, Happy Christmas less so. Need to get round to checking out Win It All.

Definitely saw drinking buddies… I’d have to look up the other/s. Hopefully there’s a few on Netflix/Hulu

about to watch the invitation, probably more for the horror thread tho

I like the show but I can’t stand the episodes with the brewing brothers. One of them is just an annoying prick

Hopefully you like them and that they are actually worth your time! Think I enjoyed them so much mainly because I’m a Jake Johnson fan boy

Aha the beardy chap or Dave Franco?

Dave Franco - although until now I had no idea he was related to James Franco

It’s the character I hate though, not the actor. He’s such a baby

Oh see I dislike the other brother more as he always acts more righteous and sneaks behind the others back because he believes it’s in their best interests whilst Dave is just a bit of a manchild…

turned it off it was boring af

They are both terrible :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

just realised 90% of the time i spend on netflix is spent looking for something to watch for ages and realising it’s all mostly dogshit then getting irritated and turning it off. i don’t know why i have it. think russian doll is the sole thing I’ve watched on it this year that i actually enjoyed.

edit: am i doing netflix wrong? i just get super agitated when i look around on it so i stick to stuff I’ve already seen. like I cba putting 10 hours into a show that has a shite 2nd season, which they all do these days, and when i have tried watching a summat purely from recommended (like invitation) it’s always been crap too

But have you watch the Good Place tho?
