Liking the Good Place more in the 2nd series than in the first. I only like it āa bitā in S1.

I canāt say too much without spoilerz. But S1 appears to end kind of stupidly but S2 takes that stupid and makes it work.
I found S1 ok - breezy and ā¦ fine. S2 is ā¦ better.

Vice Principals slowly became one of the best shows on TV. Itās been out and out brilliant last few epsiodes, Iām gutted that itās ending next week but I know theyāre gonna nail the finale.
itās worth sticking with imo. seasons 2 and 3 are significantly better than the first one

Just started watching True Detective S1. Dark. Really like Matthew McConās character. Heard the second series is well shit so I might just watch the first and leave it at that.
The second season was quite good but adjust your expectations as itās an entirely different show.

donāt suppose anyone here ever watched/heard anything about red oaks? A couple of episodes directed by Gregg Araki, a few by Hal Hartley, two of my favourite directors, but on the other hand it sounds like it might still not be any good - would be curious if anyone has any opinions
The Expanse is on repeat - easily the best thing Iāve watched in ages with the exception of Stranger Things season 1. Iāve been putting off watching Jessica Jones and Iron Fist but I need to fully enjoy the Defenders apparently. Might check out Daredevil instead - heard it was really dark. Is The Punisher out yet?
Thatās Star Trek Discovery finished its first half season then.
Iām really enjoying it. Took a while to get going, but I think itās a good combination of Star Trek campiness and some surprising dark turns as well. The stuff alluded to (and briefly shown) in the finale - fucking hell. Iām liking having the overarching story but I hope they get to do some more fun self-contained stories like the Mudd time loop one as well. Long wait til January for more now!

I liked it plenty, very relaxed, fun and light. About as 80s nostalgia as stranger things, just for different aspects of the culture. Havenāt watched s2 yet but looking forward to it.
