If you could eat unlimited amounts of your favourite food group without any consequences, what would it be?

  • Protein
  • Carbohydrate

Would there be any change to the effect of my consumption of the other two groups?

It’s a wacky world of carbohydrate chemistry out there. Even the 3 unit carbs can be very interesting:

can i check the fine print before i sign anything?

am i only allowed to eat that one macronutrient? or i can eat as much of that one as i want and the other two act like normal?

Gotta check that you know this is a Sweet Potato, right?

Already covered it. You can eat all three groups but you can binge on one.

What carb category do potato cakes come under?

still feel like this is a monkey’s paw kinda situation

you pick carbs thinking ‘banging, can eat as much doughnuts and chips as i want’

but then you go to go for a run or something and are really tired and no matter how many bananas or jelly babies you eat you can’t get any energy because they have no effect

Forget about protein but if you take either carbs or fat out of the equation things should take care of themselves. I’ll take fat though so I can eat a litre of B&J’s or Haagen Dazs for breakfast every day.

aye, if you could no longer extract any nutritional benefit from them then carbs are probably your best bet to give up

you could eat so much cheese

Yeah that is lunch and then butter for dinner.

Sorry, you’re absolutely right:
