Veggie sausage left over from Saturday with tenderstem brocolli, runner beans and peas steamed and then sauteed up in a bit of oil, garlic and chilli.

Had a ham and cucumber sandwich earlier. Eating some celery now.

I found two veg samosas in the work fridge, forgot I bought a 4 pack and left two for Monday. They should be OK today right? So I had a cheese and bacon bagel and two samosas.

Heinz has reduced the sugar/salt content in their beans recently and they’re not that nice anymore.

Secret to good beans is in the cooking time. Need to give that bean juice a chance to thicken. Scraping the bean juice off the pan with a wooden spatula is one of life’s great joys.

Exactly the same as last Tuesday, but today it was served with some mixed leaves on the side, and slightly underdone (prefer it very runny).

We’ve been buying the reduced salt and sugar ones for years now. Never noticed a difference tbh.
