Iā€™m having lunch at Miller and Carter so cheesy garlic bread topped with pulled beef follow by steak. Pudding tbc.

Spinach, leek and cheddar lattice; served with potato croquettes and beans (standard - not ham sauce).

god i havenā€™t eaten actual scampi since i was about 12. Local place does nice vegan scampi so never opt for the real stuff.

Why have I never seen this anywhere?

thereā€™s a chain here that does it (sutton and sons). it came along with the vish and chips craze of 2018 but was a bit lesser known.

Bread with hummus, fried garlic chips, pickled onions, olives and halloumi. A delicious, if beige and salty spread.
