After being in the states for a week as eating hardly any veg, I made my standard eat all the greens now meal

I wanted something with long pasta but all we have is orzo so orzo pancetta rissotto thing it’s ok.
Can you not cycle round with some leftovers? I can’t decide what to have for tea and this would really help me out.
