What's on your Christmas day menu?

We’ve got pals coming over for Christmas day. They’re taking care of starters, dessert and cheese board. I’m doing the mains. Fully veggie so have gone overboard with trimmings.

Nut roast (lentil based one)
Stuffing 1 (butternut squash, pistachio, cranberry & sage)
Stuffing 2 (porcini risotto based)
Roast spuds
Mash
Parsnips
Carrots
Sprouts
Cauliflower cheese
Yorkshire puddings
Some sort of red wine gravy

Not sure my oven can handle it and it’s definitely too much but it’s Christmas so who cares

Either butternut squash Wellington or a veggie lasagna. Sprouts. Roast potatoes. Braised red cabbage.

Dessert will be a medley of whatever shows up in the final shop, can’t be arsed making anything.

Duck breast with a bit of pate
Cranberry and port sauce
Roasties
Carrots
Peas
Pigs in blankets
Stuffing
Gravy

Never habe starters, unless you count the biscuits I eat while setting the table.

Waste of time at home imo, just delays getting to the good stuff.

Basically just spend the whole day eating food so no problem with some of that food being starters imo

I’m on the old Nut Roast with as many Roast Potatoes and as little other veg as I can reasonably get away with at 33. I prefer nut roast to Turkey.

Why can’t we have something nice on Christmas Day.

Absolutely no clue what is happening for mains other than there will be meat and veggie options.
Also:
Regular stuffing
Sausagemeat stuffing replacement
Braised red cabbage
Carrots
Brocoli
Honey parsnips
Roast potatoes
Traditional selection of pickled things
Cranberry sauce, both homemade and the congealed jar kind.

Peas and gravy for the heathens too.

Making a few items out of the Dishoom Cookbook:

Lamb Raan
Gunpowder Potatoes
Kachumber Salad
Raita
Paratha Bread
Pigs in Blankets (very traditional Indian menu item that)

Then my gf is making some kind of chilli chocolate torte with ice cream.

Got cheese and crackers lined up too.
