They’re usually so acidic they preserve themselves for a loooong time. So long as you keep the rim clean and there’s no visible mould you’re good to go.

A motto to live by.

I remember a couple years ago when hot sauce culture was a direct pissing contest among masculine men to post reaction videos on youtube

glad that’s faded (has it?)

Is this mainstream? Sainsbos sell it so I suppose it is…

Aye I’d say so. I’m always surprised at how hot that one is. Totally bollocks me

Encona do not fuck about tbf. I don’t really like their sauces for dipping but as a marinade ingredient to bring the heat they’re very handy.

Well I’m glad you’ve said this and reassured me that I don’t have wimpy wimpy tastebuds, SauceHorse

I am not a heat-bro - I also find it really hot. I always use it sparingly. Just love how fruity it is.

Holy Fuck is the best hot sauce I’ve ever had, not been to the Rib Man in yeeeeears though

I’ve never been! Yard sale sell tiny little pots of his hot sauce for £2 a go, so I started going directly to the source/sauce and ordering it online. Usually have to get it on a Sunday when he restocks
