First had Old Bay eating crab in Baltimore in my meat eating days, took about three tubs back with me and became a family favourite. Not seen it in the UK in ages!

Sure I posted on here about it, but a week or so into lockdown I was having a clearout of the pantry. Found some spice that was best before August 1987. Still used it.

White peppercorns (are the best)
Garlic Salt
Sumac

These with lemon juice and garlic, bit of olive oil on pasta with a robust salad - boom
