Sure I posted on here about it, but a week or so into lockdown I was having a clearout of the pantry. Found some spice that was best before August 1987. Still used it.
White peppercorns (are the best) Garlic Salt Sumac
These with lemon juice and garlic, bit of olive oil on pasta with a robust salad - boom
Tony Chachere is a great name, too.
Solid shelf life without any loss of flavour there.
