He was/still is. Funny that I spent about a year disrespecting him in various ways because he was a massive arsehole tome and everyone else and he kicked off the one time I didn’t intend to!!
really common for customer-facing service industry people. has happened to me the most doing table service (taking orders, delivering, collecting glasses). sense of entitlement, innit.
how it’s dealt with depends on staffing and security etc.
Sorry, i was thinking you meant from fellow workers which is why i was so shocked. Not that it’s any better coming from customers but less surprising which is a sad state of affairs.
