Yeah when I saw death grips, zach whatsisname was playing like a 3 or 4 piece kit and it was fucking explosive

i don’t play drums - but when I go see a band they always get credit for having as few drums/ cymbals on their kit as possible and a drummer sitting high over the kit

I’m not qualified to talk about this yet. I’ve only been playing the drums for a few months. I look forward to having an opinion about it though.

When I go to the rehearsal room I take the middle tom off but that’s because my housemate told me to. That’s fine by me seeing as I already have a minimalist ideal in my head - unavoidable when Greg Saunier is my drum hero.
