It’s led lights that go around the edge of the tv and match the screen picture

I got a Smeg coffee machine, that guy who’s names after a dull biscuit.

There’s ways to make it work for you - it’s not all good either, sometimes my wife puts Kid Rock on at full fucking volume when I’m working to get my attention!

Refuse to believe there isn’t someone on here who’s done something involving a bike and a raspberry pi

Oh god I really want this, it’s so expensive though

A similar thing is built into the Philips ambilight TVs, a couple of months ago amazon were blowing out last years model for £350, which is pretty good for a 43” 4K tv, so if you upgrade your tv at some point that may be an option

You can also make your own with a RaspberryPi, I was going to do this but it was more parts/hassle than I thought

It’s probably one of my super swish front lights

My fancy coffee pot.

Coffee bean grinder.

Saw a coffee filter machine with a timer in the supermarket the other day and was tempted.

Smart bulbs, definitely. Turned on by talking to the Amazon Echo. Most of our gadgets are things that Clive brought home from work, sent by PR people wanting them featured in one of the magazines he works for.
