I love tuna. Prefer the more expensive tuna that you get in jars with olive oil, but tinned will do as well.

However, someone did point out that eating tuna is a bad idea given that it’s quite high up in the food chain. You can end up with accumulation of pollutants etc.

Then you also have the overfishing…
