Depends what I’m doing.
The big fucker in the middle (or back right if not available).
Front right if I’m only using one or two hobs.
We have an induction hob where the two hobs on the left can be combined into one long zone if you want.
Front left is too big. Front right is too small. Ignition is gone on the back right, so back left wins

don’t like any of our hobs, we need a new oven tbh
if I was choosing from a good set of hobs in an ideal environment, it’d be front right
Top left and bottom right.
Bottom left is the massive ring (steady) and there’s a fault with the flow that means it can’t go too low…but if course, any time your gas flame is outside the edge of your pan it’s a huge waste of energy.
Top right has a problem where the clicker just won’t stop for ages. We have to turn off at the mains for 10 mins
One of the back ones so the eldest does burn her hand on the front ones. Right us bigger, so that, but do like having a pan bubbling away on a low heat on the smaller left hob.
When cooking in the evening on multiple hobs it’s back right and front left, then back left if I need another job, leaving space on the front right if I need to get anything out of the oven
back right, obv. everyone who chooses any other option are garbage people
