think each morning I have some brain plasticity, if I go online too much in the morning the whole day is gone, if I avoid it I can use the time more productively. I know this and dont apply it though, so maybe I just need to accept I prefer it

I wouldn’t mind if there never was another sporting event ever again but I know lots of people derive joy and excitement from them so I will be happy for those people when sport kicks off again.
