Reduced my goal from 10,000 to 3000 steps a day and hitting it most days, that’s good enough for me
around 6k a day, largely cuz of doggo, it was probably more at work if busy but probably roughly the same
The watch I normally wear as a step counter is also my running watch so it’s very obvious which days I’ve been for a run and which I’ve stayed inside
I’m also completely idle outside of running on the running days
I have enough things to feel bad about without adding how many steps I’ve done on any given day to the mix
Pretty much how I feel about my Garmin watch. While it wasn’t expensive, probably the worst thing I’ve bought in the past year. Curiosity became challenge became chore became guilt became thrown in a drawer.
