There’s programmes like docusign which allow you to sign electronically but the person who sent you the document would probably have to set that up. I have a printer and scanner if that helps?

Yep… I will let it happen on this occasion because dealing with him makes me feel so unsettled that I want it over and done with ASAP, although if he ever tries to get them to inspect my room then he will have to give 24 hours notice (so I can get the command strips off the wall )
