When was the last time you were eating in a restaurant that had breaded mushrooms on the menu as a starter?

Just a date please no chat

Good starter, though

What would you like us to do if we donā€™t know the date?

Let me consult my restaurant meal spreadsheet

They call them ā€œmenusā€

Saturday

Donā€™t know, unless you count ā€˜my kitchenā€™ as a restaurant, in which case about 10 days ago.

All sounds a bit eighties to me.

They probably still do them at like harvester or something

Not a bad guess ole tilty

I think either December 29th or 30th
Definitely between the Christmas period. They were nice.

Reckon early/mid 2000s or Iā€™ve just not noticed them. Used to love a breaded mushroom, sure I would have ordered them if I saw em!

IGNORE MY CHAT SOZ

@MyVitrilol

I ate somewhere that had ā€œWild mushrooms croquetas w/ porcini alioliā€ last week, which are technically breaded mushrooms. However, they fail to qualify as they were on the Sharing plates section of the menu, not Starters.
