Scientifically proven. Something to do with the brain not being able to distinguish the stimulation / irritation of the optic nerves caused by the sunlight from that of the nasal ones.

Yeah I do this just before gf sneezes DONTSNEEZE and she’s really angry for ages, it’s so good
