Hello!

Had a great day. Been helping out with the horses, we were driving them around with a carriage full of children and some elderly people. Sleighbells and all. Was gonna upload a video for you all but forgot that’s not possible here.

Getting a bit stressed with everything I need to do before leaving on xmas hols, which is next Thursday. I’m going to like 4 event this weekend alone.

Glasgow North constituents @keith @japes @fitzcarraldo @cutthelights - do Labour actually stand a chance of winning in this seat tomorrow? Is there any risk of the conservatives winning it? Trying to decide the best way to use my vote.

yeah

no

Ok - so if this is correct my vote is better off with Labour? (ultimate goal is conservatives not winning, I’m not really bothered whether SNP or Labour win the seat).

haw laelfs, am i not good enough to be included in this group?!

I thought about it but wasn’t sure if you were that arsed with politics! But I’d love to hear your opinion.

no, won’t make a difference IMO

vote for whoever you want.

love my politics so i do, just don’t post a whole lot in Dis politics threads because i quite like Dis mainly as an escape.
Not a lot between SNP and labour in glasgow north, as japes said no chance of the tories getting in here.

I’ve always been a labour supporter although scottish labour have been a joke for a while now. this is the first time i’ve considered voting snp but ultimately so long as the tories don’t get in then i really don’t give that much of a fuck.

It’s the fucking english we need to worry about. :grinning:

I’ve always voted labour but now I’m in Scotland I’ve heard lots about Scottish Labour being a joke/finished etc and I just wasn’t sure if they were a viable option anymore.

Polling cards should just be:

  • Tory
  • Anyone but

0 voters

Would make things much easier

I will be voting Labour mainly because I am unimpressed with SNP education policy.

I cannot see Conservatives getting seats in Glasgow.

I used to see the Lib Dem candidate on Crow Rd eating pasties while walking his dog.

Yeah, but when Jezza is in power it’ll all be right.

And how did this influence your voting

Aye but he’s already been in charge of labour for years

Well, it didn’t directly but Ed Milliband’s bacon sandwich did untold damage to his reputation so [shrug].

I honestly feel like Scottish Labour haven’t felt really serious since I moved up here (The Dugdale/ [current bloke] Years) but I feel like the SNP tide might be on the wane a bit. They’ll get most seats in Scotland but I think Labour might peg them back a bit.

Anyone in Scotland voting Conservative deserves everything they get. Same with England or Wales actually.

Aye basically what everyone else has said, reckon it’s pretty tight between Labour and SNP but Tories don’t have a chance. @eems might have a better idea, he’s been campaigning for Labour here.

We’re coming for you Lopes…

that’ll be the infamous “vow” at the 2014 referendum that did that

Social anxiety has made me chicken out of my original “safety pin the wikipedia entry of christmas to an ordinary jumper” plan and I’ve bought a christmas jumper for the work thing

It is red due to the election natch

No chance for the tories. We’re up against it as lots of people seem to think theres a risk and are voting snp to stop them, but we might just do it. Really quite an excellent candidate too, very much needed in Westminster.

Had an interview that I think went well. Now off to the pub to catch up with a mate. All is alright.
