When they have finished painting it they start immediately again as it is a big job. Not sure how true this is but it is a well known thing.

Not to my knowledge, if you were to talk to him he would say that nobody could ever leave once they changed the main roundabout near the hospital to be traffic light based though.

My recent hospital stay was at Frimley (one of the best hozzas in the country I believe).
