I won’t be a bore about it (TOO LATE) but GDPR also covers how you process data and I’m pretty sure “telling everyone on DiS I did something with it” isn’t covered by the consent agreement on a renewal application. By saying “I processed Xylos passport application” you’re also implicitly confirming “I have Xylos address, date of birth, payment details etc” which is in itself a data breach.
