Which internal organ is the best, pound for pound?

One additional ticket for the good ship Davidoff Cool Brain please.

Is it not the brain telling us to say brain? Iā€™m not sure if brain can be trusted and whether this question can be answered impartially.

Was going to come in with a smart arse response ā€œskinā€ but apparently thatā€™s the heaviest organ so whilst theyā€™re all vital, pound for pound skin is going to lose out.

edit: theyā€™re not all vital at all.

lungs are probably the lightest per volume and so Iā€™m going with lungs

Also, internal.

Internal skin sounds gross.

good point

Canā€™t point without skin!

Probably can.

Iā€™d be a complete let down without my skeleton

I know someone with a bonus kidney.

Also I heard about someone whoā€™s spleen fused with one of their kidneys. They called it a splidney. Well I did; the doctors probably didnā€™t. Good word that though. Splidney.

Hardly an organ but Iā€™m putting a vote out for eardrums, a true heavyweight of the featherweight class

Iā€™m pretty keen on that word

I see what you did there and I very much enjoyed it.

Hi Smee!

Hello

What did you think about the communityā€™s top 100 albums of the 21st Century so far?

I havenā€™t read it. I rarely get anything from most of the contemporary music most people on this site are into.

Thanks Smee.

Donā€™t be sarcastic

Iā€™m not being sarcastic. I promise.

During the thread I was thinking (and posted) ā€œI wonder what Smee thinks of all thisā€ and now I know.
