Never had bread sauce as a kid

Tried it once (bought a tub of pre made stuff I think) was gross and never made that mistake again

Got half way through eating dinner 3 or 4 years ago before we realised there were no roast potatoes

Did once forget to turn the oven up to180 from its default 150

Turns out I forgot to buy the sprouts this year. Oh well.

Didn’t forget anything this year but I never 100% get the timings right. This year, I forgot to take the foil tent off the turkey* so the skin wasn’t as crispy as I’d liked.

I tend to do a list of timings etc
