PJ Harvey I don’t get at all, although I like that one song that sounds like Patti Smith (haha! joking! they all do!). PJ is obviously able to really touch millions of people with their music, but they are one of those artists that has me immediately reaching for records by their influences (Smith/Cave/Birthday Party/Albini-related stuff).
I’ve tried a million times, but I’m never gonna get it, never ever gonna get it. Not this time.
Not saying you must like PJ Harvey, but this stopped being a valid joke sometime in the noughties
