Oh trust me that is not her motivation at all. It’s paranoia and incompetence.

Nope. She’s trying to sneak the article 50 rescinding letter to the European Commission without being spotted by Vulcan Johnson and Psycho Rees-Moggtis

Pretty impressed with her can kicking tbh.

Gove must be pleased after giving a straight up, “yes” to the question, “will the vote happen tomorrow?” on Radio 4 this morning. She’s really good at keeping her allies on side isn’t she?

PM statement at 3.30pm.

I mean, it’s not as if you can keep a pinball on its side.

If there’s one thing that our Prime Minister can be relied upon to do, it’s turning something that initially sounds like complete insanity into something that bores everybody back into apathy.

This suggests that the vote is being postponed.

you missed - giggs to take over for the remainder of her term

Lots of folks on Twitter seem to think there’ll need to be a vote to decide whether or not May can postpone the vote on the deal. If she manages to lose that vote, is forced to hold the main vote and then loses that too…well, that would just be delicious wouldn’t it?

Good in theory, until the multiple votes confuse Vince and he accidentally Brexits us all.

Think the govt can just withdraw their motion despite the previous timetabling votes. Don’t the the journalists/other MPs would miss that trick if it were a thing.

It’ll be a dull acknowledgment of this morning’s ruling on Article 50, reiterating that it’s irrelevant as the government has no intention of using that power.

Don’t they have to table a programme motion to change the commons’ business schedule? I have very little insight to parliamentary procedure tbh I’m just hoping for MAX BANTZ at this stage.

so, we still know about as much as we did on 24th June 2016 eh?

I’m only surprised that people seem to be surprised that May is still playing ‘if I ignore all this it’s eventually going to go away’.
