I find myself doing hat sometimes but usually just when I’m INCREDIBLY STRESSED
Dunno if it helps release the tension or adds to it though…

Did a 7 minute HIIT routine last night with this app thing and thought I was going to die by about the third minute.

Continue with the HIIT classes at least 3 times a week. Try to go to Peloton at least twice a week (I went last night for the first time and its mega fun and super hard).
Try to do at least one yoga class a fortnight.

I want to get back into cycling to work every day but I currently cannot face the cold. I am freezing all of the time even if I wear 50 layers. My bf bought me this super nice Rapha windbreaker for my birthday and I’ve only worn it twice :frowning:

I want to start running outside at lunch times.

Started doing Insanity again. It’s horrible.
