you would think they were really important roles so it couldn’t be avoided but mostly they just seem bog-standard admin and desk work, really baffling why something like that needs staff on a 7pm - 3.30am twilight on a saturday/sunday.

Have calmed down a bit.

We’ve got a student in who’s doing their degree at the same place I did mine and it’s making me feel a million years old.

This other team at work keep calling my team into meetings to go over the same old pointless rubbish. They are such divs

I’m so fed up of it I skived today’s one and asked one of my team to give them the same old flannel on my behalf. Pretty sure I got away with it

Ok eric we get the point

What’s the over/under on how long it takes them to try to palm it off on someone else in the team?

General irk - how am I the only person this bored in this job. Can’t hardly go a minute without a tea or going on my phone.

Don’t think I’m a great employee

Everything :sob:

Turns out everyone is very bored. Feeling a bit better

Yeah spoke to 3 different people who all agree you have to try to go for lunch later on, so that there’s “less of the day left afterwards”. Not the words of massively engaged or motivated individuals.
