Find it weird how 3 Lions seems to have taken on a real life of its own again this year; may be misremembering, but i recall it feeling a bit embarrassing for most of the last decade or so.

May be that with the Golden Generation it seemed arrogant rather than about the wide eyed belief it originally seemed to encompass.
