@profk Is Galician “Christmas dinner” a thing/any good? And do you have it on the 25th or the day before like the Scandinavians etc
They have to pour the dinner from a great height into a glass without looking.

This website has today made me realise it’s nearly Christmas. Not prepared for it this year. Who would I need to have a word with if I wanted to suggest that we just turn the clocks back to 1st Oct and give ourselves a few extra weeks? We’d get to do Halloween again too, it’d be really good.

sprouts and broccoli both need to be roasted at very high temp, if you do that they get good
