So I was browsing Tom Jones’s discography on Wikipedia the other day and I noticed that in 1999/2000 he released the following three singles in a row:
Baby It’s Cold Outside (with Cerys Matthews)
Mama Told Me Not to Come (with Stereophonics)
Sex Bomb (with Mousse T)
Has any artist ever released a shitter run of three (or more) singles than that? Don’t even mind Tom Jones that much really, but those three are awful. Go…

Not even related to this thread topic, but I remember listening to the chart show with Mark Goodier when Mama Told Me Not To Come came out. He had Destiny’s Child (I think) doing a segment with him, and as he announced that song, one of them piped up after the song was read out “especially in your eye because it’ll blind you”. That line has stuck in my head ever since

These Are My Twisted Words is one of their best imo. Even has guitar in it for those who miss The Bends
