Oof, like I said it had been a long time since my last go at one. Underdid it, didn’t I? You’ll be pleased to know I did use the oil and salt method though. Looking forward to next time.

Doesn’t produce AS good a result as just ovening the whole lot but it’s a useful time saver. Got to be careful though 'cos you can get burnt skin from microwaving too long and it’s rank when that happens.

Yeah that’s ok buddy, we all make mistakes when out of the game for so long.

Brighton still has one

i’ll mess with you, pal

You’ll rub me in oil, cover me in salt and pepper and cook me with some garlic until my skin is nice and crispy?

Whatever floats your boat.

how many oven minutes do those 5 microwave minutes save you

at least halves the time in the oven

About half of the cook time in my oven, so 30 mins.

Yeah that

They’ve still got one in Stoke. True.

Boiled potatoes are the worst, along with new potatoes. I’m not a fan of wedges either.

I love a nice jacket potatoes, especially with cheese and beans., goes well with salmon as well.
Roast potatoes are great, I do cook a nice roast, if I say so myself.

came here to say this

Have been known to enjoy an omelette placed on top of a pile of boiled pots and enjoy the fuck outta it.

Plain omelette round @saps’ gaff?
