Two thirds of the people on this floor do jobs that mean I have no interaction with them. We might say hello or even chat for a few minutes as we get tea or coffee but we’ve never felt the need to tell each other our names.
I can name eleven people on this floor. Five of those are not in my department. I think that’s a decent return.
