WOZ4TEA?

I’ve been buying these Spanish omlette things from TESCOS. They’re about two quid. Obviously you could make a better one and they’re an absolute insult to proper Spanish tortillas, but they’re a decent lazy munch.

I just bung it in the wok with some butter and chuck a load of grated mature cheddar and a tin of baked beans on top. Really good stodge.

Soup!

Specifically, chickpea, tomato, onion and fennel soup with pesto and sourdough croutons.

Bought in i hope, rather than salty homemade stuff.

All home made im afraid, apart from the sourdough

Roasted cauli and other veg, BBQ sauce and spinach in a seeded roll.

It was good.

There’s a reason I haven’t made nasi goreng and I can’t remember what it is…

Doing some of those fajitas, like what they have in Mission Burrito or similar. Here’s a photo to use up some space.
