They’ll probably have a 30 minute + long segment dedicated to him ala Ric Flair. At least that’s what I assume, of course the dead man character doesn’t quite lend it’s self to that quite so neatly.

At the very least a mammoth video package and tallking head segment with people reliving memories through the show.

It’s to stifle the itv show and Ross signed pretty much as soon as the world of sport new episodes were announced (similar to how the uk tournament was announced a week after the world or sport pilot was announced)

Fuck Reigns played that brilliantly there. Pretty heel-ish in the perfect way; they don’t need to have him cheating to win or trash talking the crowd, just play up to his inherent smugness and he’s a heat magnet.

The announcer introducing The Hardy Boyz beforehand ruined their pop a bit.

Neville is really good at everything.

Doesn’t help that WWE really egg them on year on year by constantly telling us how wild the crowd is. It’s all in good fun though. they’re drunk smarks who’ve been on holiday and are probably fatigued on wrestling as these guys are the type of guys who go to every show. They’ve probably been to a bunch of shows on top of NXT Takeover and Mania and have Smackdown tonight.

THATS TOO MUCH WRESTLING. They really helped get Cesaro and Sheamus over though, I love that team BTW>

yeah that was pretty great, always love reading/hearing people’s first time reactions to it. Think it would be a pretty fun Mania if it was your first sans-cynicism, she’ll never get that pure joy back :’(
