That’s really unfair, if they have offered catch ups to other members. I would press again, or if the tutor is doing multiple courses, ask whether you can attend a character class on one of those to catch up.

I had a bit of a breakthrough that’s made me want to revisit an old short story idea! I’m not the most natural writer and I suck at actually finishing stories, but I do quite enjoy having a story to work on and tinker with just as a way of directing all these FUCKIN’ thoughts to some place.

That’s why I love working on novel-length stuff - it keeps me completely focused, my brain feels organised and sharp, I have significantly less depression, and that’s for six to nine months at a time, but the downside is the burnout is totally unreal!
The notes have been sent!! I think she didn’t realise they weren’t attached to the group email sent after the session
I now feel much more zen (good timing as the session is tonight)
