Really pleased for Wales. The last 20 mins or so were so stressful jeeez
Watching the Chelsea game on YouTube and the cameraperson is trying their best but the lens is getting hammered by the rain. Wish they would use a bit of blue roll or something. Keep seeing a tiny little sodden lens wipe appear and push the water around
Fun game so far though despite the conditions
Brighton women are pretty good imo, best team Chelsea have played all season.
Fun game at LSV tonight, Man utd 5-3 Newcastle. 3 terrible goals to concede for United, but good minutes for a lot of players, delighted for Emma Watson (what a player she’s going to be, btw) and especially Gabby George to get their first goals for the club. And for Saf to get her first 90 in goal
Hope Alex Greenwood is ok. She got stretchered off in the first half of their Champions League match after a collision in a tackle. Looked like her left knee, she was pretty distressed. Hopefully just a knock and will be back after a bit of treatment and a rest
Ooooh Leicester
What a result for Leicester! Shame they couldn’t quite hold on for the win
So you’re saying there’s a chance?
Leicester would have been well worth a win up until about the 60th minute, were pretty fortunate to get anything based on the last third of the game. Nusken is a funny one, scores often enough but does stick out as lacking any finesse in the squad. If there’s a goal mouth scramble, you definitely want her about to fling herself into a crowd of boots. If there’s a need to control a final ball and steer it in under no pressure … Less so.
Everton
Very silly challenge. Should be about 10 minutes added on too.
Euro 2025 group stage
Group A: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Finland
Group B: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Italy
Group C: Germany, Poland, Denmark, Sweden
Group D: France, England, Wales, Netherlands
Not an ideal draw for England but should be fun
feel like pure shit just want the WSL back
Sam Kerr signing for Liverpool then
(not that one)
So Everton?
Trying to reassure myself that this means Marc Skinner will be in the job longer and that’s a net benefit
