I’ve always wanted to and have a shortlist but if it has to be realistic then I’m out, because being poor rules out any option and God knows I’ve tried :upside_down_face:

I think within a few years and climate change gets out of control, mass migration will begin, we will all be pretty happy/grateful with where we currently live

Does it count as emigrating if you come back? I don’t mean after a two week holiday obviously but I’ve lived in foreign cities for a couple of years at a time, and then ended up coming home. Once I wanted to, once I didn’t but had to for work reasons.

I don’t think work is ever going to take me abroad again, so I would need a windfall to emigrate. Assuming that happens (yeah right), I reckon I’d fancy Scandinavia or South East Asia. I’d love to see out my days in Thailand if it weren’t for the fact everybody would think I was a sex offender. I’m not
