I read the Wolfgang Flur one and it isn’t very good to be honest.

Yeah, they’re great. A continuing influence and inspiration. Computer Love is my go to, but it’s all amazing. Wish there was more of it, but maybe it’s better that we have the few refined hits we do.

So good. I was on holiday last year and chanced upon a Jeremy Deller exhibition. They were playing Everybody in the Place on a big screen, which is where I first saw that clip. My son enjoyed that particular part, despite being totally bemused by it.

Do you get stuff like this anymore? Feel like Dance Energy was the last similar thing we had over this way.

My kids loved Kraftewrk when they were little. The melodies are so simple and strong and memorable.

My daughter used to make her own lyrics up though.

Hey that’s how rap started.

Funnily enough Fight the Power was on the radio earlier on which reminded me of how my kids always used to sing ‘Fight the power Bum-bee!’ when they heard it, which I think is the superior lyric.

I like a cool beat as much as the next man I just prefer it a bit heavier

yeah the snares are a bit weak but I think it gives the songs a unique brittle and cold character which is pretty interesting
