You know what needs selling in smaller portions?

Bags of salad in the supermarket

Always too big and needs using within 24 hours. No one’s getting through that and when its on the turn its quite obvious

Sort it out boffins

I say it every single time we have this thread: coriander.

Spinach

Put a bit of kitchen towel in the bag after opening and it lasts longer.

Peaches. I’ve yet to make it to the end of a punnet during that tiny ripe-but-not-mouldy window.

Bags of salad don’t go off in 24 hours. Buy ones with a decent BBD Put them in your salad crisper.

need to be able to buy loose, so you can take an array of fruit in varying ripeness

Reckon they should sell flour and sugar and that in little packets the size you need for making one cake or whatever, or a set with it all in so you don’t have to buy a kilo at a time.

Been to two separate supermarkets over the past week and neither have had any coriander in. Think they’re hushing up the national coriander shortage because they don’t want to cause panic

I mean this is totally untrue as everyone knows it boils to nothing

My grandfather used to drink the (white) asparagus water after cooking in it. Maybe it’s something like that.
