If I was a woman who was trying to stop my ex from seeing our kids, I don’t think that fucking about on a Palace in a batman costume would do much to allay my worries

Dressing as the alter ego of Gotham’s most eligible bachelor too. Nothing makes sense Aggers!

I know that this is the least worrying aspect of the whole thing but imagine how mortifying it would be to see your dad all over the media with his penis and scrotum clearly outlined by an illfitting batman suit.

Grim.

If you were ever concerned that breaking up with someone was the right thing to do, learning that they’d joined fathers for justice would be some comfort I think.

Quite like their wikipedia page:

“… protested on top of the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield during the World Snooker Championship. Five years later, campaigners interrupted an interview with Steve Davis, causing the BBC to cut to a pre-recorded video segment”

“…protested during the showing of the lottery show The National Lottery: Jet Set… They were soon removed from the studio and the lottery draws were hurriedly finished in order to start coverage of the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest. A group spokesman stated afterwards that the incident marked a “dramatic return” of Fathers 4 Justice.”

“… two fathers from Fathers 4 Justice climbed onto the roof of Labour Party deputy leader Harriet Harman’s house wearing superhero-style costumes. One of the pair said they would not come down unless Harman read his book…”

Actually more dismal than it sounded.

Someone should work out the correlation between supporting Fathers4Justice and having a facebook avatar that is a photo of them holding a fish beside a lake at night.

Sorry, you’ve lost me on that one.

A friend was telling me at christmas that he heard an interview with steve davis, he was saying that he liked bands like stereolab.

totally irrelevant, I was just surprised. Maybe someone is yanking my crank though.

Is he wearing a (bat) bum bag?

He’s mad into his art/prog rock stuff, and DJs at lots of places and on the radio.

Those guys knew how to get attention though. Bung on a moody superhero outfit on and shin up a pipe during a Philip Schofield outside broadcast and lo and behold you’re all over the press.

Protesters today could learn a lot from them.

Nah, I’m sure Spiderman was part of their gang as well. Must be some kind of DC/Marvel crossover thing
