It’s a fine line for me this. No one wants a dry burger but a soggy burger bun is

Blimey. How do you even answer this. I cant number them but

  • My mum’s chocolate trifle with cherries, Kirsch, cream and muffins
  • Paneer butter masala
  • Patty and Bun burger without tomato, pickles or ketchup
  • A Paul’s cheese and bacon burger at a Tonbridge Angels match on a Saturday afternoon (RIP, Paul retired in 2016 and his burger van was nicked :frowning: )
  • big ol steak and kidney pudding from the butcher’s with mash, veg and gravy

Wouldn’t even say I’m a burger fanatic but the best ones are phenomenal. Honorary mention to Comptoir Libinais’ aubergine fattet (don’t really like aubergine but I love this shit) and my black forest gateau cake and my cherry chocolate cheesecake brownies.

Not sure if this is allowed but tapas at Bodega Biarritz in Barcelona is about the happiest I’ve ever felt about a meal.

Ever been so desperate to have cheesecake that you get a load of Dairylea triangles and dump a load of sugar and a bit of vanilla bean paste in, stir it all together and eat it? No me neither.
