The Tories are doing some really fucked up things, op
Not an enthusiast by any stretch but enjoy a good steam train. Also terrible for the environment. Double tick.
Tender stem broccoli
Quite a lot going on here.
yeah I thought he was saying steaming broccoli is bad for the environment but then i worked it out.
…that I just enjoyed these tweets for what they were and didn’t see them as a trigger to rail against restaurants selling £4500 bottles of wine in the first place:
Whole thing smacks of a marketing stunt, but I’m a cynic.
i hate this shite sorry. wouldn’t be suprised if it never happened and it’s all one big specsavers ad
Bit of a sweeping generalisation on the first point but I’m allowing it as Friday is treat yo self day.
Well, that went well!
The other evening BBC4 had an episode of Michael Portillo’s Great Railway Journies into the Eurovision semifinals. It’s like they made me commissioner for a day.
I love you and your namesake album though
My favourite thing about this story was that it waa meant to a massive win for the proletariat but, the 1st bottle of wine costs £250 and is still at fucking Hawksmoor. Bet it was some Deloitte wanker from round the corner splashing the cash.
Reckon that consuming so much and so recklessly that you threaten the extinction of the human race is pretty evil
Thanks man, you too. A significant improvement on the shyguy2011 and 2012 editions
Can’t find the story from a few years back about the group of guys who went around racking up huge bills at fancy City restaurants and then doing a bunk when the bill arrived. A bunch of places who had been hit were supposedly going to start charging people a deposit before serving them
Truly modern day Robin Hoods
For a second there I thought you were talking specifically about me because I ate four Gregs sausage rolls for lunch and now have food guilt.
One of my colleagues goes on about 4 long haul return flights a year for holidays, and I think he’s kind of evil for doing it.
Blatantly votes lib dem too, which makes it even worse imo
Ah, I was wondering what the cost of the other bottle and retail price of the £4.5k one was.
Think I’d heard of Hawksmoor before, but don’t know much other than the name. I do now, so I guess that proves all your respective points.
can’t believe so many people on here just admit to ever having left the major cities
Take it to ‘Your reluctant UKIP tendencies’
