I do shift work so have three different weekly routines.
Week 1 - morning shift
0435 - wake up, straight out of bed, no shower
0500 - leave house
0600 - work, lunch about 11-12ish
1400 - leave work
1500 - home, nap on sofa
1600 - do stuff
1800 - dinner, shower afterwards
2215 - bed
Week 2: night shift
1400ish - wake up, coffee in bed, shower, do stuff
1800 - lunch
2100 - leave house
2200 - work, dinner about midnight-1ish
0600 - leave work
0700 - home, straight to bed
Week 3 - backshift
0900ish - wake up, coffee in bed, shower, do stuff
1200 - lunch
1300 - leave house
1400 - work, dinner around 6-7ish
2200 - leave work
2300 - home, do stuff
0130ish - bed
