I’m not sure if you’re an LME but I’d definitely recommend the barrel-aged zombie from Nightjar:

depends where I am

A few of the pubs round here specialise in gin/ rum/ bourbon or whatever so if I’m one of them I’ll make a drunken random selection of one of those

Otherwise I like dark rum and ginger beer with a wedge of lime, Not sure it’s sophisticated, but I like it when I’m too full up to drink any more beer
