How have you changed?
I used to hate walking but now I do it all the time for fun and for relief from anxiety.
Used to find food really boring and now eating is the main thing I look forward to
I was reflecting with my coach earlier today that I have undergone a change in my willingness to accept praise over the last couple of years
Used to sleep on my side but now I sleep on my back

Used to have 3 baths a day now I have a bath every 3 days
Become (despite appearances on here to the contrary, I’d imagine) extremely chilled out after an early life where I was a high-strung mess of a human.
I am currently a high-strung mess of a human.
I’m not dissing it, and it’s definitely still in me somewhere, but my default mode now is calm which I still find quite strange

Just fatter, sadder and more tired I guess.
Greyer, less rational functions.
Wear fewer punk tees now.
when I was a teenager i had loads of free time but no interest in acquiring any new hobbies or activities and now i always wanna try new stuff but don’t have the time or energy to do it all
Feel like I’m much less intelligent but might just be I’m more aware of my own denseness
get angry and indignant about many more things now than when I was young.
Oh yeah, haven’t been to a gig since 2018 and haven’t worn a band t-shirt since I got fat in 2016
