You've got a couple of hours in Paris

What the heck are you gonna do with 'em?

(Going there for work tomorrow, really quick visit with probably about two or three hours on Thursday morning to just whip around and look at some stuff really.

What should I look at which is possible when needing to be back at Gare du Nord for 10:15 or so?

I’d be going to see Monet’s water lilies at the Orangerie.

If you want more bang for your buck though do this

Nice proposal. Thanks for sharing x

Thanks

Never been before so my main hope is to just wander around somewhere that has a bunch of lovely buildings to look at the outside of and hopefully cover a couple of the major landmarks with that but it doesn’t seem all that bunched together from what I can work out.

Will be having dinner/drinks tomorrow evening but my plan is to get up early on Weds (staying next to GdN) and hopefully have a lovely scenic walk before having to head back to Gare du Nord to get home for 10:15 or so latest

If you’ve only got time to see one tower, make it the Eiffel.

Do they have a five guys there? They do really good burgers and you can choose all your toppings, and the chip portions are massive

It’s called Cinq Personnes over there

Dunno about that place specifically, but definitely do get some Chouquettes

Music to my ears, thank you

Marais looks like a great option for a pleasant wee walk before heading back

Beret, baguette, striped long sleeve t shirt, string of garlic as a necklace. Once you’ve sourced these items spend the rest of the time being handsome and aloof

Coffee and cigarettes also an option

If I were you I’d grab some nice pastries and head up to Montmartre, take in the sunrise from Sacré Coeur, maybe recreate the duel in the finale of “John Wick: Chapter 4” (2023) with a friend
